IAAS - International Association of Agricultural Students- is at the moment one of the world's biggest student organizations and one of the leading agricultural student associations. IIH - Institute of International Health- The Institute of International Health was established at Michigan State University in January 1987 to marshal university resources to address problems of world health and to serve as a center for information on world health issues.
IPS - International Primatological Society- was created to encourage all areas of non-human primatological scientific research, to facilitate cooperation among scientists of all nationalities engaged in primate research, and to promote the conservation of all primate species. The Society is organized exclusively for scientific, educational and charitable purposes.
IRI - Industrial Research Institute- is the foremost business association of leaders in research and development (R&D) working together to enhance the effectiveness of technological innovation in industry. Founded in 1938 through the National Research Council, the IRI comprises senior executives from a diverse range of industries whose member companies are investing over $70 billion annually in R&D worldwide. ISAG - International Society for Animal Genetics- evolved from a series of annual workshops for comparing methods for detecting red cell antigens and variants of proteins to a society focusing on basic and applied research within the fields of immunogenetics, biochemical genetics and molecular genetics. The Society supports efficient exchange of research ideas, results and applications by organising conferences and workshops, by organising comparison tests, by publishing Animal Genetics, the official journal of ISAG, and numerous other activities.
