is the UK organization representing medical researchers
in the public debate about the use of animals in medical
research and testing. We provide information about the
need for animal research, the controls under which this
research is carried out, and the benefits to medicine
which have resulted. We also help government and animal
welfare groups to promote best practice in laboratory
animal welfare and develop non-animal techniques. |
Registry
of Comparative Pathology- is an
international organization for those specializing in veterinary
and comparative pathology. The College was incorporated
in 1949 with the objectives to further scientific progress
in veterinary pathology; to establish standards of training,
experience, and examinations for qualification as specialists
in veterinary pathology; and to further the recognition
of such qualified specialists by certification and other
means. |

- Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association- a
resourceful site for veterinarians and pet owners alike. |
RMCA
- Rat and Mouse Club of America- The
RMCA is a non-profit club for rat and mouse enthusiasts.
It was founded around the following objectives: To educate
about the proper care of domestic rats and mice; To promote
responsible pet ownership and breeding; To promote the
rat and mouse fancy as a rewarding and enjoyable hobby;
To be good-hearted, compassionate, and friendly at all
RMCA functions; To be open to new ideas and allow room

- Radiological Society of North America- The
mission of the Radiological Society of North America is
to promote and develop the highest standards of radiology
and related sciences through education and research. The
Society seeks to provide radiologists and allied health
scientists with educational programs and materials of
the highest quality, and to constantly improve the content
